Westmeath couple, Martina Maloney and her husband John, had a very comfortable lifestyle, they'd had their first baby, Anna Rose and the construction industry in which John worked was booming. Then the downturn happened and the John's work dried up, forcing him to change career by taking up a 4yr fulltime college course in Limerick to train as a woodwork teacher.

With their financial security gone, Martina who divides her time between the home and part-time teaching at the Alexander Technique has become the sole breadwinner in the house, a role that she is afraid that she will not be able to manage. With the recession hitting hard and less people signing up for her classes, financial strains are increasing.

Martina has a hard decision to make, can she provide for the family by teaching AT alone or will she have to go back to her old line of work, book keeping on a fulltime basis.

Martina has a lot to contend with. Can Psychologist and Time Management Expert, Owen Fitzpatrick, step in and help her cope with the conflicting demands that have been trust upon her?
