LOST – Season 3

Episode #1 – “Tale of Two Cities” 

Jack, Kate, and Sawyer are prisoners of the mysterious "Others." After their captors drug them and take blood samples, they are held in separate areas. The camp leaders--Ben (Henry Gale), Mr. Friendly and a new woman, Juliet--try to make the castaways adjust to their new circumstances. Flashbacks reveal more about Jack's past with his father and his wife Sarah.

Episode #2 – “The Glass Ballerina” 

Sun and Jin's lives are put in danger when Sayid tries to locate Jack and the other missing castaways. Sayid also creates a plan in order to get the attention of the "Others" on the beach. Meanwhile, Henry gives Jack an offer that is very tempting in exchange for his cooperation. Lastly, Kate and Sawyer must adjust to harsh conditions that are being forced upon them by "The Others."

Episode #3 – “Further Instructions” 

This week we discover what happened to Locke and Desmond in the aftermath of the implosion in the hatch. However, Mr. Eko remains in grave danger with Locke trying to save him. Flashbacks reveal more about Locke's past.

Episode #4 – “Every Man for Himself” 

Sawyer discovers just how far his captors will go to thwart any plans of escape he and Kate might have, and Jack is called upon to scrub up in order to save the life of one of "The Others". Meanwhile, Desmond's behaviour begins to perplex the survivors when he starts construction on an unknown device.

Episode #5 – “The Cost of Living” 

A delirious Eko wrestles with demons from his past, while Locke and some of the other castaways head back to The Pearl - one of the Dharma Initiative's island stations - hoping to find a computer that they can use to locate Jack, Kate and Sawyer. Meanwhile, Jack doesn't know who to trust when two of "The Others" seem at odds with one another.

Episode #6 – “I Do” 

Jack makes a decision regarding Ben's offer, Kate feels helpless when it looks like an angry Pickett is going to make good on his threat to kill Sawyer, and Locke discovers a hidden message that may guide him through the next steps of his journey to unlocking the secrets of the island.

Episode #7 – “Not in Portland” 

Jack is in command as the fate of Ben's life literally rests in his hands. Meanwhile, Kate and Sawyer find an ally in one of "The Others," and Juliet makes a shocking decision that could endanger her standing with her people.

Episode #8 – “Flashes Before Your Eyes” 

A suspicious and determined Hurley enlists Charlie to help him wrangle the truth out of Desmond, who has been acting strangely ever since the implosion of the hatch, on "Lost". This week's episode features a cameo appearance by Irish actress Fionnula Flanagan who stars as Ms. Hawking in one of the flashback scenes.

Episode #9 – “Stranger in a Strange Land” 

A power play ensues between Jack and "The Others" as Juliet's future hangs in the balance. Meanwhile, Kate, Sawyer and Karl continue on their journey away from "Alcatraz," on "Lost".

Episode #10 – “Tricia Tanaka Is Dead ” 

Hurley's discovery of an old, wrecked car on the island leads him on a mission of hope not only for himself, but for a fellow survivor in need of some faith. Meanwhile, Kate and Sawyer reunite with their fellow castaways, but Kate is still torn about leaving Jack behind with "The Others".

Episode #11 – “Par Avion” 

Claire becomes suspicious of Charlie when he exhibits peculiar behaviour after she comes up with an idea that could get everybody rescued. Meanwhile, tensions mount between Sayid and Locke as they continue their trek to rescue Jack.

Episode #12 – “The Man From Tallahasee” 

When Kate and Locke arrive at the Others' camp, Ben promises to tell Locke the island's secrets as long as he stops his destructive plan, and Kate learns that the Others have offered Jack a deal.

Episode #13 – “Exposé ” 

As the truth about Sun's kidnapping by "the Others" comes to her attention, Hurley becomes suspicious of Sawyer's attempt to reveal the mystery behind two fellow survivors, Nikki and Paulo. Through series of flashbacks we will discover what Nikki and Paulo were doing before the crash and how they survived 65 days on the island.

Episode #14 – “Left Behind ” 

After discovering that one of her own has betrayed her to "The Others," Kate is left to fend for herself in the jungle with Juliet. Meanwhile, Hurley warns Sawyer to change his selfish ways and make amends with his fellow survivors or he may face a vote of banishment.

Episode #15 – “One of Us” 

The celebration of Jack's return is cut short when he arrives at the beach with an Other, Juliet, whose flashbacks pick up from where they left off, showing us how she got onto the island and became an other. Meanwhile, Claire is threatened by a strange illness.

Episode #16 – “Catch-22 ” 

Desmond coaxes Charlie, Hurley, and Jin on a trek across the jungle after experiencing one of his future-prophesising "flashes" -- but is he purposely placing Charlie's life in harm's way? Meanwhile, Kate turns to an unwitting Sawyer after seeing Jack alone with Juliet.

Episode #17 – “DOC ” 

Sun allows Juliet to examine her when she learns that all of "The Others" pregnant woman died before they gave birth on the island.

Episode #18 – “The Brig ” 

A newly focused Locke breaks away from "The Others" in an attempt to persuade Sawyer to help rid them of a great nemesis that has caused nothing but pain in both of their lives. Meanwhile, a new island inhabitant discloses some shocking information about Oceanic Flight 815.

Episode #19 – “The Man Behind The Curtain ” 

Locke confronts Ben and demands that Ben take him to Jacob. Ben complies, but the answers Locke receives are not what he expected. Ben remembers his childhood on the Island, revealing the history of the Dharma Initiative and how the Others came to power. Meanwhile, Juliet's deception is revealed back at the beach, but her and Jack's reactions are quite unexpected.

Episode #20 – “Greatest Hits ” 

Charlie makes a list of the best moments of his life. Once again, Desmond has foreseen his death, but this time Charlie decides to face it head on. Jack devises a plan to fight back when the Others arrive, but unexpected developments jeopardize everything. Sayid discovers a way to contact Naomi's ship, but it requires a sacrifice. Everyone is on edge, as the first major confrontation with the Others approaches.

Episode #21 – “Through The Looking Glass (Season Finale) ” 

In this feature length episode the ambush for the Others goes awry and ends with Sayid, Jin, and Bernard getting captured. Ben is informed of Charlie's presence in the Looking Glass station and sends Mikhail to "clean up" the situation. He then embarks with Alex to meet the survivors heading for the radio tower. In spite of increasing concern amongst the survivors, Jack resolutely continues on their trek. Flashbacks show him at a very low point of his life, where he is suicidal and drug addicted. Ben confronts Jack, claiming that Naomi is not who she seems. Meanwhile, Sawyer and Juliet try to come up with a plan to rescue the hostages at the beach. Inside the Looking Glass, Charlie and Desmond struggle to find a way to shut off the blocking signal.
