Emmy Award winning cameraman Colin Stafford-Johnson returns to RTÉ for a fifth series of Living the Wildlife -travelling the length and breadth of the country in search of Irelands most exciting fauna: from a close encounter with a family of Connemara pine martens to swimming with blue sharks off the south coast, tracking eider duck chicks first journey to the sea on Inishmurray Island in Sligo and spending a late night with barn owl chicks in Kanturk.
Once again, Colin's charisma and boundless enthusiasm for the natural world are at the fore as he treks around the country in search of the wild, the wonderful and the seemingly familiar wildlife which often turns out to be most fascinating of all.
Living The Wildlife promises to be a visual feast and of course educational and entertaining.

Colin has a busy and exciting 2013 planned. A 6th series of Living the Wildlife is already in pre-production and it's shaping up to be another great summer on the road.
