Carol McGarry and her daughter Donna have over 35 years experience in running restaurants and bars in Ireland. Carol is currently the CEO of Carlingford Marina in Co. Louth and Donna looks after the company's PR. Together they make a dynamic team who would love to set up their own business in France.
Having run Bruno's restaurant in Temple Bar for many years French food and wine are Carol and Donna's first love so they travelled to St. Emilion near Bordeaux to run an up-market boutique hotel and vineyard.
Although they have experience of French food and wine in Ireland will Carol's cooking impress the French in France and will Donna's wine knowledge allow her to conduct a wine tour to the standard of this well-established top class vineyard?
