In Episode 2, John and Siobhan Deane, along with their three small children try out runnning a restaurant in La Zenia, a small town on the Costa Blanca, in the south east of Spain, a far cry from John's usual work as a taxi driver.
But their main project is baking brown soda bread to see if it will work as a business in "the costa". And according to John he has 'big hands' which don't always work for baking!
