Ryan Tubridy chats with dynamic presenting duo, Ant and Dec, about the highs and lows of their careers. He discusses the future of Irish boxing with Bernard Dunne and American chat show queen Ricki Lake bares all.

Ant & Dec

Ryan's first guests of the evening are two of the best known and most popular faces in Britain. From their start as actors in a children's drama to their hugely successful pop career and then as presenters of shows such as "Britain's Got Talent" and "I'm a celebrity get me out of here" they have endeared themselves to an entire nation.

Sharon Shannon

It's fair to say that the song 'Galway Girl' provided the soundtrack for a whole generation of Irish youngsters. Now Sharon Shannon is back again with an equally catchy number "Mama Lou" written by Shane McGowan.

Bernard Dunne

In March of this year he lifted the spirits of the nation by becoming Super Bantam Weight Champion of the World after twelve brutal but unforgettable rounds in the O2 arena in Dublin. Last Saturday night he stepped into the ring once again but unfortunately the outcome was very different. so is it a case of throwing in the towel or will the champ make a comeback?

Ricki Lake

She's a chat show Queen from New York who started her career as an actress appearing in programmes such as China Beach and The King of Queens, recently she has caused a stir by filming her very own home birth.

Alex Rybak

Back in May of this year Alex Rybak had one of the most decisive victories in Eurovision history. Not only that but the song "Fairytale", which is really catchy proved to be a big hit throughout Europe, see for yourself.

The Clancy's

In a quiet residential suburb of Bray in Co. Wicklow something happened that shocked the nation. Shane Clancy stabbed to death Sebastian Creane as well as gravely injuring his brother and his former girlfriend before taking his own life. But what drove a seemingly normal, well adjusted young man to commit such a terrible act, his mother Leonie Clancy and his step-father Tony Donnelly joined Ryan to discuss.
