They are no ordinary married couple. He is an Oscar winning actor renowned for his commitment to his craft. She is a critically acclaimed writer turned Director with the additional blessing of being the daughter of the late Arthur Miller. Recently their shared life moved on location as he starred in the movie The Ballad of Jack and Rose which she wrote and directed. Pat Kenny spoke to Daniel Day Lewis and Rebecca Miller in a rare interview.
ROAD SAFETY
Shortly after this programme was broadcast the number of people who have been killed on our roads this year hit the 100 mark. This is also the week when Gay Byrne was appointed as Chairman of the Road Safety Authority. His target he says is to reduce road deaths by at least a hundred a year.
