The Late Late Show

Des Bishop

New Yorker Des Bishop had the most talked about comedy show on television last year, with The Des Bishop Work Experience when he took time out to work at various minimum wage jobs throughout Ireland. His latest project 'Joy In The Hood' will be shown next January and involves him teaching comedy and living in disadvantaged or marginalised communities around the country. He entertained The Late Late Show with tales of trying to fit in.

Rip Off Republic

The Eddie Hobbs programme 'Rip Off Republic' certainly struck a chord with the Irish public. The Late Late Show posed that question. 'Are we living in a rip off Republic?' and invited the main protagonists to debate the issues.
