Episode Five

While Tim's 'summer in the sun' may have been cut short, the others plan to make every moment count.

In San Diego this includes getting a dodgy tattoo, that you are bound to regret for the rest of your life. So Luke and Daithi head off arm in arm to get his & hers tatts. Meanwhile Proinny gets a surprise visit from a girl he met in Vegas. Andrea from Albuquerque, New Mexico has driven 800 miles for her bit of Irish. Later the nerves are starting to build as Daithi gets ready for his first stand-up comedy gig. The next day Proinny and Daithi return to Ireland for their repeats leaving Luke on his Toblerone. For the time being Luke has to find a way to amuse himself as he sets about finding a new gang to play with.

In Chicago the gang split into two teams for a highly competitive game of baseball. The stakes are raised as whatever team loses agree to undergo a waxing. Later the gang pack up to leave their summer home as the lease is up on the 1st of August. But ever organized the students have already found alternative "5-star" accommodation. As a pick me up Keith has a big surprise for the entire group. He has scored tickets for the entire group to the Jerry Springer show.

Meanwhile in Hawaii the guys are coming to terms with Sorcha having to leave early. Gina has taken the news particularly badly. So much so she blocks the toilet. Sorcha is heartbroken that she is going to miss the roadtrip so the guys start to work on a plan to send her off in style. As a special surprise the guys have arranged a Limo to take her to the airport. Thoroughly down in the dumps the Hawaiian gang decide a trip to Maui might lift the spirits. However it appears Sorcha was the glue that held the group together and without her, fighting amongst the group begins. For some the end of the summer can't come quick enough.
