Romance is in the air as in Hawaii, Sorcha gets treated to a sunset cruise from her American date, whilst Darren tries to woo Alma, a lovely limerick lass, who is also on a J1. True to form the San Diego amiegos are looking for some romance of their own, so when Proinny's Mum shows up to treat him to a shopping trip in New York, they take try to make him jealous by going to an exotic, ahem. club. Stay classy lads!

Its not all fun and games as exam results time rolls around. All the groups hold their breaths nervously as they check their grades on the internet. If they fail they have to go home for repeats and might miss the road trip finale.

Boy scout Darren takes the gang out into the wilds of Illinois for a camping trip. The girls aren't enjoying their lack of creature comforts and tensions are frayed. More shocks are in store as the girls they have had quite enough of the great outdoors.
