SEAN CULLINANE & LARA LEWIS

Sean and Lara live in Garretstown, north Co.Dublin
They are looking for a 3 bed apartment or house somewhere in the South of Spain. The most important thing for them is that there are amenities near by (walk to the shops) and that there are some sort of local community / neighbours where the kids can integrate and hopefully learn Spanish.

Lara will be there on her own with the kids quite a bit so safety and security are very important. They would be prepared to do an hours drive from the airport and would be happy with a 25min drive from the beach. They will probably buy a cheap car and keep it out there.

They’d like a turnkey property, however would consider something that needs doing up if it were a bargain. Sean says that he’s met some builders out there and would consider buying a plot if it were in the right spot.

Sean plays golf and it would be great if there happened to be a golf course nearby. Their 8yr old son Ryan loves to play golf with Sean.

Liz lined up four properties. The last place we showed them they liked so much they made an offer on it. The offer was accepted, they paid their deposit but unfortunately the vendor had a change of heart and took the property off the market. They are still looking for a house in the sun.
