PIETER HOS, LINDA & CHLOE FAGAN - HOS

Linda and Pieter want to buy in Le Marche, around the Sibillini mountains.


They have been there many times and just love it. Linda is Irish and Pieter was born in the Netherlands. They first met while both living in Germany, but didn’t get together until ten years later – by this stage Pieter had moved back to New Zealand. They have one daughter called Chloe who is 7yrs old.

Linda and Pieter both work as translators from home. Linda also owns a playschool which she runs every morning.

They would like a holiday home with a view to living and working from there. They would consider living there for a year as they can both work from home, and would send Chloe to a local school. They would love a three bedroom house, but would also consider an apartment. They would consider somewhere that is partly habitable, but not a total wreck. Their favourite areas include Monte Fortino, Macerata, Ascolipiceno, Monte Falcone, San Ginesio
