Joe Beattie

A single dad seeks a coastal holiday home in Spain for himself and his two teenaged sons.

Joe Beattie, a single dad from Wicklow, is looking for a holiday home, in the Costa del Sol region, for himself and his two teenage boys. Along with one of his sons, Jack, Joe travels to Spain with Liz O'Kane to search for a two bedroom property close to the coast.

Joe and his boys love water sports, so they are keen to be as close to the sea as possible. Joe teaches karate and is into acting. You may recognise him from Fair City where he has played an extra on a number of occasions!

Joe seeks an apartment the boys can use on a regular basis as they get older. His budget is around €250k. Joe would be pleased with a 2 bed apartment at that price. Meanwhile, however, Jack sets his sights on a three bedroom instead.
