Frank and Jennifer

Frank and Jennifer are from Dundalk. They are looking for a beach-side apartment in Bulgaria for €90,000 or thereabouts.

Frank is a driving instructor who'd like to move over there in the next couple of years. Jennifer is younger and, with a job in Aer Lingus, she sees this more as a holiday getaway or investment.

Jennifer and Frank say they nearly bought in Spain ten years ago and regret not having done so, as they still look at that property in Spain and think how it could have been theirs, had they bought at the right time. Frank now sees the Black Sea coast as the next Costa del Sol.

They want to buy in an area called Sunny Beach and are looking for a one bedroom apartment with a sea view and a pool. They won't be keeping a car over there so walking distance to the beach would be good.

They don't want to do any renovations, but that said, the property doesn't have to be brand new either.
