Niall Wiseman

Niall Wiseman, is from Dundalk. He loves Italy, in particular Liguria, also known as the Italian Riviera. He's holidayed around the picturesque town of Santa Margharita a number of times and has recently decided he'd like a second home there. It's a good location for him as it's possible to spend weekends there, with flights direct to Genoa approximately two hours from Dublin.

It's probably one of the most exclusive places in Italy. The Milanese favour it as as a place to have a weekend house. Dolce and Gabbana, Berlusconi and many other wealthy Italians own property there.

Niall has a budget of €700,000 and he's keen to have a sea or a mountain view. He'd consider renovating an old house or even buying a plot and building his own house.
