David and Annette Dunne

In programme four of the new series, Jim Smyth travels to the South West of France to search for a holiday home for David and Annette Dunne, a retired couple from Dublin.

David and Annette spent many years holidaying with their children in the region and they are now keen to find a 'bolt-hole' for about €140,000.

The Dunnes like the region around Biarritz, as this is where discriminating French people holiday. Jim has a certain level of expertise in this area, and of course fluent French, so he is the perfect candidate to help this couple track down the property of their dreams.
