Ian and Elaine Long

Ian and Elaine Long are from Sandymount, Dublin. Ian works as a solicitor and Elaine works part time from home. They have three kids aged 14, 12 and 8. They already own a place in the South Of France (which they bought through property leaseback and are now looking for an investment property in Cape Verde. Although they haven't been there yet,

Ian has done a lot of research and feels it is a good place to invest. They have a budget of up to 250k and are looking for a 2/3 bedroom property (apt or house). They probably wouldn't want to be higher than the second floor. Ian feels that buying offplan is an attractive way to buy. Both are keen golfers and they would like a frontline property.
