Ger and Walter Reynolds

Ger and Walter Reynolds are from Ballinasloe, Co. Galway. They are brothers from a family of eight kids. Ger is an electrician and Walter owns a coffee shop. They are both married and both wives are called Martina who happen to work in the same office.

They already own an appartment in Montenegro. They say they get great returns on these places and therefore think it’s a good place to invest. Their appartment is in Kotor and they want another place there for their own use. They would consider doing some revovation work as they already know some builders out there. They’d like at least two bedrooms. They aren’t fussed about a pool but some space for one would be good.

They have a budget of €170k.
