Lights, Cameras...
A few gripes, but nothing major. It has been really strange having the cameras around us all the time because you become so aware of how you're acting and most of us tend to close up. And it's difficult to be in such close proximity to so many people for such long periods of time - but hey, the month is nearly over! Of course, I really miss Karen and the kids a lot but have been calling and sending texts and emails to let them know how I'm getting on.

A life coach came over to the house the other day. At first, I could relate to a lot of what she had to say about the laws of attraction and positive thinking - there is a lot of that thought in Buddhism and I've studied 'The Secret' by Rhonda Byrne. But then her final few exercises became a little 'out there' - I tried biting my tongue but I eventually gave in and burst into a little childish giggle with the lads.

The Eggs and Steak Workout
We had the fitness instructor (aka Satan) back again. He brought us to the park for a hellish early morning class - but once we saw the opportunity, George, Chris and I ran away and hopped into a taxi to the Saddle Ranch to get eggs and steak instead! I'm sure I've put on a good few pounds while I've been away. but I can wait until I get home to seriously hit the gym!

Margie's classes all this week were a real eye opener. I can't wait to use what I have heard over here in auditions back home. It is so much easier when you just simply relate to the other person in the scene. Words are just one way to express your thoughts and feelings so they should not be all-important, like Margie says - the relationship is the key.
