Aidan highly recommends shopping online to save money. Like many people in Ireland, he finds that purchasing products on the high street is not an attractive proposition with rising prices, limited choices and the share time required to shop around. An alternative option, becoming increasingly popular, is purchasing on-line.
Aidan has been an avid user of various selling sites for the last five years and has purchased an array of products including an LCD screen from the UK, tools from all over the UK and US and a satellite dish and receiver from Germany. In November 2005, Aidan was kitting out his new home and opted to purchase online to cut down on costs. As a result, he managed to save €5,000 on household items.
