Dublin students might be familiar with the name Wyse as Peter is the man behind one of the largest letting and property management companies in the city and beyond. When he is not making deals around the boardroom table Peter is prepping meals for the dining table.
As a young man Peter enjoyed some memorable trips on the Magic Bus across Europe and fell in love with exotic food from around the globe. His love of eclectic ingredients and zeal for spices ensures that his culinary creations are hot property.
Peter didn't expect to come through his first round, but he is now determined that his Heat journey doesn't end here.
