Paul is a recent casualty of the credit crunch, having been made redundant from the large distribution firm he used to run. However its sunny side up for cheery Paul who has already set up his next venture and has used this unexpected free time to plant his first vegetable garden. Not bad for a self professed carnivore.
When it comes to meat Paul has a few simple rules he likes to adhere to: Organic when it can be, local when it can be and always, always Irish.
