Paul Mahon is a music teacher living in Kilternan.
Married with three children, Paul gave up the rat race to follow his dream of teaching guitar and now has a thriving music school.
Paul sees himself as the ultimate domestic chef - he loves nothing more than a glass of wine while he cooks and is nowhere to be found when it's time for the washing up.
With a musical background, Paul is all about creating harmony on the plate, but knows that if one ingredient is out of tune the whole dish can suffer.
