Patricia never expected to get this far but she has overcome all her own and other expectations and now has a great chance to show what she has learned and prove the doubters, herelsf and her friends included, wrong!
As she says herself Patricia knows all about glamour - because she reads all about it in between breast feeding her youngest and attending to the mountain of laundry and dirty dishes left by the rest of her brood.
Once upon a time Patricia was young, free and single and travelled the high ways and byways picking up tips and techniques along the way. Once she'd settled down she became a primary teacher and is adamant that the ability to wrangle 30 plus five year olds means she is ready for anything that 2 celebrity chefs and a room full of diners can throw at her.
