Oliver Kelleher (Team Dundon)
Oliver is a can do kind of guy. A dogged entrepreneur in his home town of Castlebar, Oliver is also an inventor - having created and patented a special beer glass that guarantees a frothy head. But Oliver isn't just about liquids. Ever since he burnt a perfectly good steak in a bedsit in his youth Oliver has become a determined cook.
It's the same determination that drives Oliver to South Africa each year to build houses. In fact if he wins HEAT he wants to spend the prize money teaching the inhabitants of the townships how to use their newly installed cookers.
