The Chefs
Niamh Switzer (Team Thornton)
Niamh is a 20 year old student from Tralee. Her love of food starts with desserts and she works backwards from there. Niamh is studying Arts in UCC and hopes that an English degree will allow her to become a food writer when she hits 40 and is 'too old to cook'.
Her favourite chefs are Rachael Allen, Jamie Oliver and Gordon Ramsay, believing she embodies the best of all three. So expect some yummy, pucker and f-ing delicious dishes from this aspiring young cook.
Having won her heat, Niamh's ambition has grown, and she will not be happy now unless she is the Heat Champion.
