A solicitor from Cork, Margaret is wary of putting her cooking skills on trial but is never shy of a challenge. Under cross examination Margaret admits that her latest cooking influence comes from Lebanon where interesting ingredients make for unique flavours.
In recent years Margaret has fallen in with a food loving gang who love nothing more than to take turns entertaining and cooking for each other. Food, wine and good company is anything but a life sentence.
