Kathleen Leavey has never held a piece of meat in her life. The daughter of two vegetarians, Kathleen has lived a herbivorous life and has now passed this ethos on to her own daughters.
Living in Malahide and married to a Corporate banker Kathleen has lived all over the world, including Japan, where she learnt the joys of fresh herbs and spices.
Kathleen is no veggie evangelist but she does want prove that really great food can be meat free.
