Juyong Kim (Team Dundon)
Trinity College Graduate Juyong is a trained Tax Consultant. After two years crunching numbers in an accountancy firm Ju decided it's time to balance the books and find a new career, starting his own web design company.
He is influenced by his days as a public school boy in London's St Paul's Cathedral and it was there that he had his most memorable meal ever - an eleven course tasting menu.
Juyong has recently been experimenting with the Korean dishes his mother used to make when he was a child but his true passion is for Italian, and he hopes to take a gastronomic tour of the country this year.
Juyong was an impressive winner in the first round with his mentor tipping him for overall glory. Now can live up to the expectation?
