Jonathan has fish in his blood. Well at least on his hands and under his finger nails. This former fish monger can fillet a cod in the blink of an eye and knows just what to do with it next.
Originally from Kilkeel. a small fishing village in the north, Jonathan has worked his way across Europe and has now settled in Cork with his new Greek wife and his even newer baby boy. Jonathan hopes the HEAT diners will take the bait and vote him catch of the day.
