Jeni and her family live in tandem with the land and what it offers. When she is not running her small business she is raising deer and chickens, growing vegetables and has even been known to make jam at 3 in the morning because the fruit is 'just right'.
With her dream kitchen 4 years in the making this self proclaimed 'casual gourmet' is all set to take her love of food to a new level. If things work out on HEAT Jeni would like to turn her lifestyle into a cookery mecca for likeminded people.
Jeni was also a victim of Juyong Kim, making it through to the Heat Restaurant before being beaten. She knows now she is in the last chance saloon, but will she come out fighting?
