Ann Hamill is a business woman and a member of one of the more enterprising families in Mullingar.
When Ann isn't wheeling and dealing in the boardroom she is in her beloved holiday home in Bologna, immersing herself in all the traditions of Italian cooking.
But Ann also has serious culinary interests closer to home - she is the champion of a dying breed of potato, native to Westmeath.
The Ballinagore Record is endangered and Ann is determined to see it survive, thrive and arrive back on dinner plates all over the country.
