It's the second and last chance saloon this week, as four of our beaten amateurs have been handed a lifeline by their respective mentors. They return as 'chef's choice' to the kitchen, first hoping to prove to their mentors they have digested the lessons of their defeats in a cook off, with the winners once again facing the harshest critics of all, the paying customers, in the HEAT restaurant.
For Valerie O'Connor and Larry McCarthy, it's back to Dunbrody House to prove to Kevin Dundon they can do better. Meanwhile Jeni Pim and Dermot McDonnell face Kevin Thornton again, hoping for one more crack at the whip.
Who will take the opportunity and who still can't stand the Heat.
