Programme 3
In the third heat, Kevin Thornton must decide whether Dermot McDonnell, the rugby player who runs a residential care unit, or Kevin Murphy, the Dublin surfer who is exiled in Kerry can continue his winning streak in the HEAT restaurant.
Meanwhile as Kevin Dundon looks to break his duck so far, former fishmonger Jonathan McKee and school teacher Patricia George need to convince him they have what it takes.
The stakes are getting higher and the kitchen is getting hotter. But who will stand the Heat?
