Franc travels to London to prepare a special meal for Sky News' Lisa Burke and husband Adrian Wells.
Lisa (32), originally from Laois, has been the main weathercaster at Sky News for the past several years. Husband Adrian (44) is head of foreign news at the station, where the couple met.
Lisa and Adrian's nuptials in 2004 were one of the highlights of the wedding season. After a ceremony in Holy Cross Abbey, Co. Tipperary, the reception was held at Kilshane House, which Franc had given a middle-eastern makeover, complete with ethnic décor, music-and even camels!
For this episode, Franc and Lisa shop on a balmy Spring morning at the open-air market in Richmond, West London, near the couples' home. Franc later prepares an intimate meal there for the couple with some close friends and relatives, where a few surprises are unveiled!
