She also chats to Tómas Póil at his Man of Aran Fudge stall and discovers how he switched from sheep farming to making fudge!
Finally, top chef Neven Maguire of award-winning McNean Bistro in Cavan invites Clodagh into his beautiful home to demonstrate the joys of beautifully cooked duck.
