County Clare is known for its cheese and honey and in this programme Clodagh visits Inagh Farmhouse Cheeses where the famous St Tola goats' cheese is made. Clodagh also visits the Biddy Early pub / micro-brewery where she samples the three 'Biddies', beers made at the pub. At Kilrush and Ennis farmers' markets, Clodagh meets a cheesemonger, a vegetable grower and chocolate maker and a honey maker. Clodagh's trip to Clare ends at the Old Ground Hotel in Ennis where head chef  Freddie Rynne prepares a dish using St Tola cheese.
