Episode 3

Tipperary is renowned for its rich farmland and orchards and in this programme Clodagh McKenna meets Sarah Furno, maker of award-winning Crozier Blue cheese (and daughter of the Grubbs who make Cashel Blue), Pat O'Brien who grows potatoes and apples, and Richard Auler, an organic beef farmer.  Clodagh also visits two of Tipperary's farmers' markets in Carrick-on-Suir and Cahir where she catches up with a number of local artisan producers,  including Con Traas of The Apple Farm, Maria Mulcahy who makes Knockara patés and Pat Hartley, a popular figure at farmers' markets in the south east with his fish stall.  Guesthouse owner Eamonn Long of Rathellen House near Bansha invites Clodagh into his kitchen where he makes a quiche using local cheese and ham.
