This week Clodagh heads for Dublin where she drops in at the Temple Bar and Dun Laoghaire farmers' markets.  She checks out seasonal organic vegetables from the McNally family farm in Co Dublin, Hick's speciality sausages and Roy's Italian sausages. On a sweeter note Clodagh also samples Chez Emily handmade chocolates and David Llewellyn's apple juice before joining Terry McCoy at his Red Bank restaurant in Skerries where he prepares classically cooked seafood.
