In programme one, Clodagh heads to Dingle in Kerry where she meets the Murphy Brothers from New York and samples their delicious ice creams. She also tries out local pies, bread from Kenmare, cheeses and black puddings before returning to Doyles in Dingle where chef Michael Murphy demonstrates the perfect Lobster Thermidor.
