Our Decco has been through the wars...
Declan Bishop is no angel and he has seen his fair share of trouble in his time in Carrigstown. Most recently he became collateral damage in Eddie's power struggle with Flynn and was on the receiving end of a beating from one of Flynn's cronies.
This wasn't the first time he fell foul of Flynn's bad humour either. Decco's bad Bishop name turned his recent prison sentence into a torturous waiting game. With Flynn assuring him his life would be ending soon, Decco feared every moment would be his last and every prisoner to be his assassin. Luckily for Decco, Eddie stepped in just in time and literally saved his neck from the noose.
It's probably fair to say that criminals choose to live by the sword and die by the sword and Decco came close when Ritchie Lennon stabbed him.
But then it's not just criminal bosses that Decco has had to fear. His own brother brought a knife to his throat, Mark Halpin had it in for him (along with countless others), and Decco even got on the wrong side of Barry O' Hanlon. Barry O'Hanlon the former headmaster and newspaper editor.
Our Decco has a special talent for rubbing people up the wrong way and as you can see from our photo gallery, he has the scars to prove it.
