Episode 8: Lorna Barrett

Q: Explain your Dragon's Den experience?
A: It was terrifying but I found the dragons were quite friendly and they are humans after all.

Q: Who was the toughest Dragon?
A: Ramona

Q: Were you nervous?
A: Very nervous (I had underestimated the nerves in my preparation)

Q: Were you surprised by some of the questions?
A: No, they were what I expected

Q: Who was most interested in your idea?
A: Sean seemed to ask most questions but I knew that it was not in his field.

Q: Would you have done anything differently?
A: I would have focused more on my financials and made sure I knew the figures inside out

Q: Would you recommend applying for Dragon's Den to any other budding entrepreneurs?
A: Yes, it is terrifying but if you have gotten this far, you should be confident that you have a good product/idea.

Q: What does this mean to you personally?
A:

Q: In five year's time where do you see your product/company?
A: I see my product on supermarket shelves in Ireland, the UK and wider. I also wish to add to my range with more natural products focusing on good family nutrition and health.

Q: What is your lasting memory of the Den?
A: The zip burst on my dress when I was putting on the microphone pack and this unfortunately is my lasting memory!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was terrified by the whole experience but having gone into the Den, I would have no problem going into a buyer presentation and have definitely gained more confidence from the whole experience.
