This week Richard Corrigan leaves fine dining behind and travels to Kosovo to meet the Irish defence forces and see how they cope with catering in a war zone.
His challenge is to bring his own brand of couture catering to the masses, but he soon finds that he is way out of his comfort zone.
Can he create a dish that will be a winner with the troops? And what exactly does he make of the army ration pack? Only one thing is certain, Corrigan in a uniform is even more outspoken than in an apron!
