Entrants must be aged 21 years or older as at date of entry and a resident of the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland in order to qualify as the prize winner.

Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age, verifiable by birth certificate or passport only, and proof of residency, verifiable by recent utility bill only (issued within 6 months of win).
U18s travelling as guest(s) of the winner will only be permitted to travel/attend with their parent/legal guardian.

The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative to non-cash prize elements (either in part or whole).

In order to claim the prize, the winner will be required to sign any documentation as may be requested by the Promoter relating to acceptance of the competition prize, terms and conditions and including, but not limited to, waiver of liability release in favour of the Promoter and such other persons as may be determined by the Promoter. The individual(s) travelling/attending as a guest of the winner will also be required to sign such documentation if requested by the Promoter in order to be permitted to travel/attend.

Each daily winner from 20/05/13 - 23/05/13 will be required to play Mooney's Big 4-0 American Adventure live on-air game. If unable to participate for any reason whatsoever, winners may elect a nominated person to play on their behalf (subject to the advanced agreement of RTÉ).

Each daily winner will also win €1,000 cash prize. (Prize money will be issued as a euro cheque, please allow 28 working days for delivery)

Each daily cash prize winner will select a Mooney's Big 4-0 American Adventure game card in order of their win (i.e. Monday's winner selects first, Tuesday's winner selects second and so on). Each card features an image. A duplicate card will be selected randomly and stored securely in the Studio "safe". The daily winner who selects the Game Card that matches the one that is kept in the safe will be deemed the winner of the holiday. The three runner-up will each receive an additional cash prize of €500. RTÉ reserve the right to change the game play rules at any time.

Travel must be completed between 01/09/13 and 30/09/13, no extensions permitted. If the holiday is not completed by during this date range, the holiday and all holiday prize elements will be deemed to have been forfeited. No changes will be permitted once tickets are booked and issued. All elements are subject to advanced booking and availability, exclude some peak dates, not all date ranges will be catered for. Travel insurance and transfers are not included.

Holiday prize cannot be split, is valid for one travel period only, any holiday prize elements not availed of within the agreed travel dates will be deemed to have been forfeited.

Winner and guest(s) must hold valid appropriate travel insurance (as determined by the
Promoter) for the holiday duration and the Promoter may require winner and guest(s) to show evidence of valid appropriate travel insurance prior to travel.

Winner and guest(s) must hold valid passports and are solely responsible for any special visa requirements and medical vaccinations/other recommended medical requirements.

Winner and guest(s) are solely responsible for completing all documentation (electronic or other) required in advance of travel/entry and are solely responsible for paying any associated fees.

Winner and guest(s) are solely responsible for any duty which must be paid on goods purchased abroad upon their return to Ireland.

Any costs incurred additional to the prize package elements listed (e.g. telephone charges, transfers, meals, spa treatments, excursions etc.) will be at the winner's own expense.
