To mark the last Late Late Show of the current season we have a great competition for you at home. Tonight's prize comes from the National Lottery to celebrate their guaranteed €100 million EuroMillions jackpot on Friday 6th June. You can buy your EuroMillions ticket at local shops nationwide or you can now simply log onto www.lottery.ie where you can register and play online and on your smartphone.

This competition will close at the earlier time of 11.20pm on Friday, 30th May 2014. Please do not enter after this time as you will be charged for your entry, but your entry will not be included. If required, the entrant must be available to take a call from The Late Late Show and Ryan Tubridy on 30/05/14. If requested, the entrant must reconfirm the correct answer to the competition question live on-air during the phone call on 30/05/14 in order to win the prize. If the entrant fails to take/answer the call or is deemed by RTÉ to have answered the question incorrectly, the entrant forfeits his/her opportunity to win.

Please do not enter during programme replays on RTÉ Television and on the RTÉ Player after the advertised close time and date as you will be charged for your entry, but your entry will not be included, as the competition will have closed.

Entrants must be aged 18 years or older as at date of entry and a resident of the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland in order to qualify as the prize winner.

Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age, verifiable by birth certificate or passport only, and proof of residency, verifiable by recent utility bill only (issued within 6 months of win).

The prize is non-transferable.

In order to claim the prize, the winner will be required to sign any documentation as may be requested by the Promoter relating to acceptance of the competition prize, terms and conditions and including, but not limited to, waiver of liability release in favour of the Promoter and such other persons as may be determined by the Promoter.

Only one winner permitted per household.

5 winners will be awarded €10,000 each. Prizes will be paid by euro cheque, issued to the winners only. Allow 28 working days for delivery.

In the event that all/some calls to finalists cannot be completed on-air due to technical issues on the part of RTÉ or time restrictions, RTÉ reserves the right to announce all/some winners on-air, in which case those finalist(s) will not be required to take Ryan's call in order to be deemed the winner(s). However for those finalist(s) whom Ryan attempts to contact by phone during the show, the usual rules will apply.

Employees of RTÉ, Phonovation, Oxygen8/Xiam Interactive, the National Lottery and their associated promotional partners, companies or suppliers and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter/win.

RTÉ's decision in relation to selection of competition winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
