Episodes 1 "Worst Case Scenario"
Frank goes on high alert when a threat to New York City may be imminent following a terrorist attack in the Middle East, on the sixth season premiere of Blue Bloods.

Episodes 2 "Absolute Power"
Danny and Baez investigate a possible serial killer who sends a chilling message to Danny, and Erin toys with the idea of applying for a judgeship. Also, Frank is in a bind when mayoral candidate Katherine Tucker (Mary Stuart Masterson) accuses him of secretly investigating her husband, and Eddie faces her estranged father when he winds up in the hospital.

Episodes 3 "All the News That's Fit to Click"
A reporter dons NYPD gear while on a ride-along with Jamie and Eddie, and he gets targeted by a shooter. Elsewhere, Garrett considers accepting another job.

Episodes 4 "With Friends Like These"
A mob boss faces charges for an old murder, but the case isn't open and shut thanks to an unexpected alibi who was once Erin's informant. Elsewhere, Frank gets into a battle with the commissioner of the New York City Fire Department.

Episodes 5 "Backstabbers"
Danny helps pursue two escaped convicts because he helped wrongfully imprison one of them. Meanwhile, Gormley is critical of a plan submitted by a sergeant who may be having an affair with Gormley's wife.

Episodes 6 "Rush to Judgment"
Jamie is investigated by Internal Affairs for possible police brutality caught on camera during an anti-policy demonstration. The investigation then becomes linked to Danny and Baez's rape case involving a civil rights attorney.

Episodes 7 "The Bullitt Mustang"
The last remaining Mustang from the film "Bullit" is stolen, so Danny and Baez investigate. Elsewhere, Erin clashes with Frank when she sides with her boss on a matter involving cops being held accountable for fixing traffic tickets.

Episodes 8 "Unsung Heroes"
A serial killer threatens Danny and his family, and the ordeal heightens Linda's concern about Danny's job and the state of their marriage. Meanwhile, Jamie challenges his superior officer during a hostage situation.

Episodes 9 "Hold Outs"
A homicide case is reassigned to Erin after it results in a hung jury, and she and an ADA investigator try to track down a missing witness. Elsewhere, Jamie and Eddie pose as senior citizens in order to rid a neighborhood of a trouble making gang.

Episodes 10 "Flags of Our Fathers"
Danny gets interrogated about his ex-partner, who's been accused of planting evidence in order to close a murder case. Elsewhere, Frank contemplates the parameters of free speech when activists plan to burn the American flag.

Episodes 11 "Back in the Day"
A tell-all book is planned by Frank's first partner, and it causes Frank concern. Meanwhile, Jamie's and Eddie's actions affect their professional and private lives when they respond to a call about an officer needing assistance.

Episodes 12 "Cursed"
A mobster is killed in his car and retaliation looms, so Danny and Baez question his errand boy, who was found tied up in the trunk. Elsewhere, Frank struggles to grant a cop's request for her late father's shield number because it was also Joe's number.

Episodes 13 "Stomping Grounds"
Potential muggers are shot by a newly retired lieutenant, who then goes on the run and leaves Frank to deal with the complicated aftermath. Elsewhere, Baez wants to arrest a drug dealer for a murder she witnessed him commit when she was a kid.

Episodes 14 "The Road to Hell"
Several women admit to murder when their boss is killed, and Danny must pinpoint the real killer. Meanwhile, Frank and his priest clash over how to deal with a boy who's a thief; and Nicky and her friends are arrested after drugs are found in the car Nicky is driving.

Episodes 15 "Fresh Start"
Erin's plagued with guilt after a cop is killed and the main suspect is a man she recently freed. Meanwhile, Danny and Baez try to figure out why a police officer has gone AWOL; and Frank and Mayor Poole continue playing games with Frank's reappointment.

Episodes 16 "Help Me Help You"
Linda's coworker needs help dealing with her enraged ex, so Linda turns to Danny and Baez. Elsewhere, Erin's unsure what to do about her old mentor, whose recent judicial sentences have been unfair; and Frank confronts a displeased City Council speaker.
