This week on About the house, Duncan goes back to Sandymount to visit John and Oonagh, who have had a few setbacks along the way. However despite the delays with the project, slowly but surely things have progressed. John and Oonagh have had their Velux windows fitted to maximise natural light and the beautiful surrounding views. After months of effort and hard work Duncan talks to them about the problems they encountered and the finished result.
Angie is in Enniskerry with Kevin and Joyce Dempsey who show her around their contemporary house with stunning views of the Sugar loaf and Kiliney bay.
Meanwhile Tania meets the Davies family in Drogheda to find out how much they can save on their heating and electricity bills.
