By sending your entry through the SING! website, www.rte.ie/sing, you must have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions.

The judges’ decision is final.
Only people between the ages of 13 and 18 who are living in Ireland can apply. We may ask for proof of age.
The prize is a one-day session in a professional recording studio where you will be given the opportunity to record with professional music producer and SING! Musical Director, Greg French.
Only the prize winner can take up the prize and there’s no cash equivalent.
You must take up the prize within three months. The recording date will be decided subject to studio availability.
If you are under 18 years you must be accompanied to the recording studio by a parent or guardian.
The prize winner must organise their travel arrangements, and cover their costs, to and from the recording studio.

By uploading your video you give us all these rights to use it: an exclusive, irrevocable, licence to use, edit, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, make available and display your video (or part of your video) (including but not limited to your performance) without charge by any medium or method now known or later invented including without limitation online or on television to be exercised in our sole discretion throughout the world in perpetuity. As this licence is exclusive, you are agreeing that only we may use your video so please don’t upload it anywhere else. You agree that we may permit other parties authorised by us a licence of your video for their use. You agree to waive and that the director of your video has waived any moral rights that may exist in relation to your video.
Your entry must be your own original work. It must not contain material that is unlawful, profane, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, nor involve unlawful, dangerous or hazardous activities nor violate, plagiarise or infringe any right of third parties including copyright, performer rights, trade marks, trade secrets, privacy, publicity, personal or proprietary rights. It should not display any overt form of product branding.
The music tracks and lyrics provided on the SING! webpages should be the only music used for this competition. You must not use any material without full permission from the owners of the material. The video should only feature people who have given their permission.
It is up to the person uploading their entry to take it down from YouTube when the competition has ended.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from your parents or guardians to send in your entry.
Your entry must be in the correct format to be considered for the competition.
You agree to allow RTÉ to use yourself, your name, photos and details in connection with the Sing! programme. You agree to take part in any promotional activities RTÉ request.

You agree to indemnify RTÉ against all claims, actions, damages, costs and legal fees that may be incurred as a result of any breach of your undertakings.
