Terms and Conditions for Disney Competition

1. The prize: two nights and three days in Disneyland Paris for a class of 30 children and six adult chaperones. Air travel, airport transfers in Paris, meals and accommodation covered. Departure date is 17th April from Dublin to Paris and return date is 19th April from Paris to Dublin.

2. Room description at Cheyenne Hotel : 1 double bed + bunk beds. Includes bathroom, telephone, TV with international channels, radio and a ceiling fan.

3. Entry is open to all children from 1st to 6th class. Entry is per class, not individuals.

4. Method of entry: Each class will create a cake using any media (eg, wire, foodstuffs, foliage). When complete, the class will submit a photo or some video footage to RTE via a dedicated email address. Details found on RTE website.

5. Boys and girls will not be mixed in hotel rooms

6. Each child will have his own bed (no more than 3 children per room)

7. Each accompanying adult will have his own room

8. No adult in childrens rooms

9. All the rooms will be in the same building (and floor where possible)

10. There will be an adults room between each room containing children.

11. Disneyland Paris insurance will cover the prize winners if something happens on-site

12. Disneyland Paris will cover food for 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 2 dinners

13. The winning school is responsible for providing chaperones for the children travelling.

14. EuroDisney are the suppliers of this prize and have responsibility for the execution of this prize. RTEs responsibility lies in the filming of the trip.

15. In the course of filming, RTE will not make any request that will jeopardise the health, safety or welfare of the winners.

16. The winning school has a duty of care to the children and accompanying adults and must ensure that the relevant 3rd party insurance is in place to cover transport of children.

17. The school must ensure that all those travelling have valid passports.

18. The school is responsible for the transport of children to and from Dublin airport.

19. The decision of judges is final.

20. If the prize becomes unavailable, no alternative will be offered.

21. The school must make RTE and EuroDisney aware of any medical conditions or allergies children or accompanying adults have.

22. Cakes or photos of cake will not be returned to the school.
