Happy Valentine’s Day! I hope you all have a LOVELY day!

What did you get up to at the weekend? I was a very, very lucky girl and got to go to the Irish Film and Television Awards with the one and only Douglas Oman, fashion guru extraordinaire of elev8 (and Late Late Toy Show) fame.

We had such a great evening chatting to the glitzy and glamorous stars as they walked the red carpet. We chatted to so many famous faces but my favourites had to be Pierce Brosnan (he was once Mr. 007- James Bond!) and Amy Huberman (Brian O’Driscoll’s lovely wife). Mr Bond even made a cheesy badger face for us… "what’s that?", I hear you ask… you’ll have to wait and see!

Saoirse Ronan looked absolutely beautiful. She’s such an inspiration. A small town Irish girl who has made global impact. The lovely Laura Whitmore from MTV also stopped for a chat and she told us about some of the awesome people she’s met during her career. The Script are a BIG favourite for her, she’s a huge fan!

For all Harry Potter fanatics, we also spoke to Mad Eye Moody, played by Brendan Gleeson. He gave us some great tips on how to become an actor just like him! And of course we had to chat to Luna Lovegod, Eavanna Lynch herself who told us of her love for the Twilight books and studying for the Leaving Cert.
